Source R Us ™ — SuperStack™ Client Responsibility & Integrity Agreement
This Agreement is entered into by and between Source R Us ™ (hereinafter "Agency") and the Client (hereinafter "Participant"). This document outlines the shared commitment to integrity, the public-facing scope of the SuperStack™ service, and the Participant's sole responsibility for their business operations, applications, filings, and funding outcomes.
The Agency operates from a foundation of deep intention and integrity, providing strategic funding intelligence for a flat engagement fee without commissions, hidden success fees, equity claims, or retainers. In choosing SuperStack™, the Participant acknowledges that this is a reciprocal commitment. The Participant agrees to honor this shared standard by operating with transparent honesty in all disclosures, applications, filings, and representations.
I. SuperStack™: Scope of Empowerment
The Agency's role is to provide strategic research, reporting, preparation guidance, and application-support materials based on the information the Participant provides. Depending on the product purchased, Source R Us may provide one or more of the following public-facing deliverables:
1. Funding Roadmap: A prioritized overview of funding categories, timing, readiness, and next steps relevant to the Participant's business profile.
2. Readiness & Documentation Guidance: Preparation notes, document checklists, and sequencing support so the Participant can move efficiently.
3. Application Language Support: Templates, positioning prompts, and narrative support designed to help the Participant present their own work clearly and honestly.
4. Timeline Report: A planning document that helps the Participant understand what may be available now, what may require preparation, and what should be tracked over time.
5. Human Review Where Purchased: For qualifying higher-tier engagements, additional review, refinement, and sign-off by the Source R Us team before delivery.
Source R Us shares the roadmap and deliverables purchased by the Participant. The proprietary SuperStack™ methodology, scoring, internal research architecture, sequencing logic, and backend operating process remain confidential property of Source R Us.
II. Participant Responsibility
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (a) all grant applications are researched, prepared, and submitted independently by the Participant; (b) the Participant is solely responsible for verifying all information with the relevant granting agency before submission; (c) Source R Us bears zero liability for any outcomes related to the Participant's use of Agency products or grant applications; (d) all information in Participant deliverables is based solely on what the Participant provides; (e) no professional, legal, financial, or fiduciary relationship is created by any purchase.
III. Integrity Commitment
The Participant agrees to engage with all Source R Us products and services with absolute honesty — providing truthful, accurate information in all intake forms and document uploads. The Participant will not use Source R Us tools for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purpose.
IV. No Guarantees
Source R Us makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding grant eligibility, application approval, or funding outcomes. Grant programs, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and requirements change frequently and without notice. Always verify current requirements directly with the granting agency.
V. No Refunds
All purchases are final. Digital products and services are delivered as described upon purchase. No refunds are issued once access or delivery has been initiated.
By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Source R Us Integrity Agreement in full. You are empowered — you are responsible.
